Completely encapsulated: waterproof, shockproof and ignition protected Water, oil or dirt will not damage the IP65 enclosed charger. The casing is made of cast aluminium and theelectronics are moulded in resin. Protected against overheating, this model can be used in a hot environment such as a machine room. Output current will reduce as temperature increases up to 60°C, but the charger will not fail.

Automatic three stage charging Once the absorption voltage has been reached, the charger will switch to float charge after the charge current has reduced to a low point current (see specifications), or after a 20 hour absorption period. The battery is therefore effectively protected against overcharging and can remain permanentely connected to the charger. The charger will automatically reset and start a new charge cycle after interruption of the AC supply. Two LED’s for status indication as follows, 

Yellow LED: battery being charged

Green LED: float charge, the battery is charged
